Abstract
Radiotherapy remains as the mainstay treatment of head and neck carcinoma, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). However, despite being the organ preservation treatment, it still carries a lot of complications. The complications can be immediate or delayed. The awareness of its delayed complications may help to improve survival of the patient especially after many years of completing radiotherapy. Here we present a case of bilateral vocal cord palsy as a delayed complication of radiotherapy treatment for NPC.
