Teratomas are commonly seen in the Ovary, Testes and Sacrococcygeal area. Gastric teratoma is an extremely rare tumor in paediatric age group. We report a case of gastric teratoma in six years old female child who presented with abdominal pain, vomiting and heamatemesis.
