Abstract
Objective: To compare the efficacy of three rate we followed these patients up to two and four different treatments for pediculosis capitis. weeks after completing their treatment. Absence Methodology: This prospective study was of adults' lice and nits was considered a cure. carried out at Jordanian Military Field Hospital, Result: The group which received 1% permethrin Gaza from August 2012 to October 2012. A total of cream showed the highest cure rate, while those 60 patients were included in the study. Pediculosis w h o r e c e i v e d o r a l T r i m e t h o p r i m - capitis was diagnosed by direct examination of sulfamethoxazole showed the lowest cure rate. scalp and hair and was confirmed by direct light Conclusion: 1 % permethrin cream rinse was the microscopic examination.
