A 21 years old female presented to us as a solitary swelling of the thyroid gland. On history, all the symptoms of hyperthyroidism were present but clinically & biochemically she was euthyroid. After investigations sub-total thyroidectomy was done. Histological examination shows tuberculosis of thyroid gland. The manifestation of thyroid tuberculosis and its pathological types are also discussed
